LADIA IS THE ONLY SALES DEVELOPMENT COMPANY THAT

It's simple at LADIA we believe the time of meetings with no REAL results but companies telling you how great things are going are over! We do NOT consider success activities. LADIA Start is about booking QUALIFIED appointments, LADIA Close is about closing opportunities and LADIA RE+ is all about engaging current clients for up and cross sells and re-engaging former clients!

Point is: We are all about RESULTS and our agreements are tied to them!

LADIA is born from a collection of serial sales development professionals that spent entirely too much time in companies that lived on ACTIVITY only and felt handcuffed to do more for clients. We believe in doing the next right thing and delivering the results we commit to in our agreements.

Some companies grow by "depth-of-team" throwing so many contact points you hardly know who truly owns your account. Not at LADIA. Our Account Owners are responsible for all of your services and managing the relationship directly with you. Our Account Owners ONLY manage 4 accounts at once. That is a stark difference from companies that have every single resource on your account with over 40/50 accounts at once. It's impossible for anyone in that structure be an account owner.

Own an entire account! Only up to (4) accounts and you're responsible for everything from strategy to execution.

Business Solutions Researcher

Business analysis support and guidance to the Business Partners in response to client needs and requests and works closely with the Development Team to implement systems using AGILE and the Scrum Framework methodology.


Sales Executive

A sales executive is responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling product to them. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.
